Withdrawals

You will be surprised how quickly are the withdrawal requests processed at Finansero. That is because we worked hard to make it easy for you to withdraw your money.
All withdrawn funds shall be returned to you to whatever payment method you used to make the deposit.

If you have deposited funds to your trading account using a credit/debit card, the withdrawal will be credited to the same credit/debit card used to make the deposit. If the amount to be returned to you is higher than the amount you deposited to fund your trading account we will return any surplus funds to you to your nominated Bank account.

1. Login to your trading account and register your withdrawal;
2. If you used a Credit Card to fund your trading account, fill out our
Credit Card Declaration form and send it to us scanned via email at customer.service@finansero.com.

Note that your withdrawal is credited back to you in the same way your deposit has been made. If you have deposited with a credit card, the withdrawal will be credited with the same credit card, and if there are surplus funds, they will be credited to your nominated Bank account.

Here is an example:
• Initial deposit $5000 via credit card
• Withdrawal $7500
So, $5000 will be credited back to the same credit/debit card used to fund your trading account, and the rest $2500 will be credited to your nominated Bank account in your name.

The time frame for initiating the processing of withdrawal requests submitted to our BackOffice Department is set to one (1) business day after your withdrawal request is approved i.e. provided that all the relevant requirements are met as these are described in the Client Agreement. The time required for the transfer of funds to be completed can vary depending on your payment method.

It shall be noted that the available withdrawable equity can vary if you have any open positions at the time of the processing of your withdrawal request. And if there are insufficient funds for the execution of certain requests, the later will be rejected. If you are still willing to withdraw in such a scenario, you must submit a new request indicating an amount within the available equity.

Some banks and payment service providers may take time to process payments. Finansero shall not be held liable for delays caused by such third parties.
